Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 business days using mailing courier. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! After the package shipped, please track the delivery with the mailing courier. 


SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 within the continental US and Canadian provinces. For smaller orders shipping is just a $7.99 flat rate .
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all duties and tariffs if required, are fully covered by us.

We do not ship outside of Canada and USA at this time and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii , US islands and Canadian Northern Territories.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly inputted address.

The Shipping times depend on the mailing courier.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at my1sparklingcorner@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
